Maybe a nicer stand for the pads (as per Tom’s comment) as it does look a little hokey. The idea is good but the execution is bad. So no I probably wouldn’t list with him based solely upon this.

Reminds me of the guy down the street with the ‘free stuff’ sign on his front lawn.

What message does this communicate.
Would you list your home with this person?

I wish more Realtors did that. As for the pads, interesting move. Different. Either way, it got me to video tape it and post it on my blog. I bet that is exposure the agent was not expecting.

I like it too. I actually think that being so forthright about the pricing is actually good. Also, it’s good that they offer the free pads, to write their number and/or write important data about the property.

It can do a couple things. Firstly maybe I’ve been looking in another area and not this one because I “thought” I was priced out of the market but I realize that this may work. Also maybe I don’t have time today, and I can’t be bothered to put the agent’s number in my phone but I grab a note pad with their number on it so I can call them later. Posting the price could also help qualify walk-ins (it’s on the net anyway).
