Updated Ubertor Control Panel

We have updated the look of the Control Panel to a much sleeker look. We have also reorganized the dashboard to show you the most important details about your website as well as quick links for easy navigation.

AFC Builder Revamp

We have improved our Auto-Filled Categories Builder and added more filters to cater to more searches. We have introduced a much more advanced one that allows you to add as many criteria as needed. You can even draw a polygon on a map so you can get down to specific area searches! 

Added “Email this Property” on AFC listings

A feature on regular listings was now added to the AFC listings. Now you can forward listings of interest to a friend or even yourself. Just provide your name, your email, the recipient’s email, and your message, and hit send! They will receive the info on the listing and a link to it straight to their inbox.

Featured Blog on the blog page

Have a blog you want your clients to easily see?  You can now pin a Blog article on top of the rest! Just set it as “Featured” while editing it. Once published, it will be on top of all your current articles and will stay there unless replaced with a more recent one.

Listing Auto Blog now has a Featured Image

We have introduced featured images on blogs way back to add some oomph to the blog snippets on your blog page and widgets. Now we also added them to our auto-blog feature. Whenever you uploaded a new listing, set a listing now to sold, or added an open house, the auto-blog will instantly create an article for them and set the first image of the listing as its thumbnail. It will greatly help with the SEO of your website!

For those of you who are not familiar with auto-feed or auto-pull listings feature or are new to the Real Estate rhelm, most Real Estate boards provide a cooperative system for Real Estate professionals within a certain area to share their listings with other realtors. Whistler Listing System (WLS) provides the most up to date and comprehensive feeds for both Residential and Commercial properties in the Whistler, Pemberton and Sea-to-Sky region. In the example above you can see Whistler Realtor, Sharon Audley, auto populate her listings directly onto her website.

Being based out of beautiful Whistler, BC we found an opportunity to collaborate with one of our own local Real Estate listing systems in order to pull their feed automatically onto our clients’ website. WLS works in the exact same way as MLS auto feed, but for the Whistler  and surrounding community.

In the past, Realtors in Whistler were either forced to independently upload listings manually, receive their feeds from MLS listings or have the listings iframed from WLS. This was neither practical nor the most attractive way of uploading listings.

Now with Ubertor, we have provided our clients with a unique opportunity to select the feeds which fit closer to their needs. If you are a realtor in Whistler or surrounding area, we definitely encourage you to contact us and ask how you can receive automatic feeds from the Whistler Listing System directly onto your site.

Now when you add your E-Flyer to Craigslist.org it will show your photos, property description as well as any videos that you have added. Here is an example of a rental listing in the Ubertor system that is using video and the E-Flyer.
