Alot of my business is higher end $300,000+ and the buyers are more experienced and sophisticated but I still want to attract below that price point showing that specific market it is important to choose an experienced professional to protect your biggest purchase and your best interests and investment. People in our market are always looking for a deal on what they pay a professional Realtor and I want them to see the value in using one.
