The team over at SplitMango.com have been doing some interesting work on the Ubertor website system. They have been moving over websites to Ubertor that have an existing look and feel that the Realtor wants to keep but adding the features of the Ubertor website software. It is a great way to keep your custom design and add the full feature set of the Ubertor system. Here is their latest example (still under construction, but you can see the 2 versions)
