Hence we keep on searching for ways to develop features that our client needs.

Recently, we have improved the functionality of our widely used widget, the Featured Listing Widget.

The widget is now also able to feature up to 12 listings and is supported by all themes, so you can showcase more on your pages.

Before, you can only feature manually selected listings, but now, you can choose whether to show the handpicked listings, all active, or all sold.

No listings to feature at the moment? Don’t worry, the widget now supports showing Office listings when you have no listing added to the selected status e.g. you feature Active listings but you have none at the moment.

In line with that, we are also happy to unveil a new advanced widget: AFC Listings. Similar to Featured Listing, this also showcases listings on your pages but this time, it will show listings searched from your chosen filter or Auto Filled Categories (AFC).

You can now select and show listings from specific areas, and sub-areas, under specific price ranges. This will surely boost your client’s confidence and place you as an authority in areas you are specialized in.

Do note that these widgets, features, and property searches are only available to our supported Real Estate Boards.

Improve Your Real Estate Website With Some Local SEO Tips https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2022/08/09/improve-your-real-estate-website-with-some-local-seo-tips-2/ https://www.ubertor.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/stephen-phillips-hostreviews-co-uk-shr_Xn8S8QU-unsplash.jpg https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2022/08/09/improve-your-real-estate-website-with-some-local-seo-tips-2/#respond Tue, 09 Aug 2022 23:48:13 +0000 https://www.ubertor.com/blog/?p=14838

Both offline and online, the real estate industry is extremely competitive. With tens of thousands of small, mid-sized, and large companies vying for their share of the market, finding a client and generating qualified leads are always a challenge.

Here are some SEO tips that will improve your real estate website and help it dominate in local search:

Conduct An Audit For Your SEO Performance

It’s always the best practice to run an SEO audit first to know which areas of your online presence you need to focus on. If your site fails to rank locally, drive any organic traffic, generate leads, or convert clients, you need to find out why.

A website SEO audit is a huge topic in itself. For a local SEO audit, pay attention to these areas:

  • Site structure: XML sitemap, robots.txt, redirects.
  • Page structure: Titles, meta descriptions, H1-H6 tags, ALT tags, URLs.
  • Content: Keyword and link placement, structure, visual elements, duplicates, proper redirects and canonical tags.
  • Links: Outbound and inbound, interlinking, broken links.
  • Usability: Mobile-friendliness, site speed.

Take note of these points and focus on improving them and you’ll see a considerable increase in traffic and clients.

Remember that an optimized site will rank nicely, including for local searches.

Improve Your Website And Make It SEO Ready

Once you’ve pinpointed all the problem areas of your website, invest an adequate amount of hours into fixing them.

A perfectly optimized website is essential if you want to show up in local results. Address all the SEO essentials or better, have a professional take a look and fully custom design your website to meet industry standards regarding layout, design, and how your site would adapt to various viewports.

You’ll also need to create and post in your website some relevant content that would draw your intended audience to your website. You should regularly produce content that is timely and informative.

Google My Business

To build a continuous stream of clients from organic search, get your business listed in Google.

Google offers you Google My Business and Google Maps. If you list your business there, its visibility in search will dramatically increase especially if your site’s age, authority, and content meet a high standard. It will definitely secure one of the top three non-paid positions on Google search results.

Obviously, users pay more attention to search results that feature snapshots, ratings, reviews, and Google Maps directions.

Start a Blog

Your online presence depends on the content you produce.

When you create properly optimized content that speaks to the needs of your targeted audience, you build your path to dominate local search results.

Here are some ideas for your blog:

  • Informative articles. These are blog posts about your neighborhood: schools, crime, walkability, median income, prices, social life, entertainment, restaurants, etc. Provide unique perspectives and describe the actual pros and cons of the neighborhood.
  • Interviews with local business owners. These can take a pretty large chunk of your time, but it will be time well spent. They will display the soul of your neighborhood and demonstrate to prospective home buyers how nice your area is. On top of that, business owners will share these interviews on their social pages and websites, building awareness and increasing the reach of your business.
  • Visual content. These are your images (ordinary and 360-degree immersive panoramic photos), infographics, video tours, live-stream videos, virtual tours, etc.

Optimize your content for search engines before posting and sharing. Include “location-based” keywords into titles, subtitles, meta descriptions, ALT image texts, URLs, hashtags, etc.

Social Media

Social media can help your SEO efforts, though it may not necessarily improve your organic rankings. However, social media is important because it helps you:

  • Connect with your targeted audience.
  • Build awareness, authority, and trust.
  • Increase exposure.
  • Drive more traffic.
  • Convert this traffic into customers – and sales.

As a real estate business, it’s tough to gain visibility online unless you have social media accounts (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest). Use social networks to post and share your blog content, videos, and other important things (stats, news, etc.).

You can use the power of social networks like Instagram and Pinterest to promote your site with visual content. Let users have a peek at the best home sale opportunities on Facebook. Create boards on Pinterest to simplify pinning. Share stories on Instagram.

Conclusion

By doing these real estate SEO tips, you can build a strong foundation that will help you dominate your area’s local search. If you do your homework and optimize your site for local search properly, it will rank nicely.

At Ubertor, we specialize in crafting websites that will draw in traffic, make searching easier, and turn website viewers into clients. Don’t waste time reinventing the wheel – let us do it for you! Get Jolly: Holiday Marketing Ideas for Real Estate Professionals. https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2021/09/03/get-jolly-holiday-marketing-ideas-for-real-estate-professionals/ https://www.ubertor.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Christmas-Planning.jpg https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2021/09/03/get-jolly-holiday-marketing-ideas-for-real-estate-professionals/#respond Fri, 03 Sep 2021 22:02:15 +0000 https://www.ubertor.com/blog/?p=14801 In most areas, the holiday season can be a struggle for selling and buying real estate. Most families want to be settled in their home before the rush of holiday parties and errands, and businesses also want to feel settled in time for the busy season.

So how can real estate professionals continue to close deals and sign new contracts during November and December? The answer is by implementing new real estate marketing ideas for the holidays that are targeted specifically to your local community.

By planning a marketing campaign that integrates both digital and non-digital opportunities for outreach, agents and brokers can continue to grow their businesses and increase their contacts to sell more during the holiday season.

It’s time to get creative before things get busy with the frenzy of the holidays. Here are some holiday marketing ideas for real estate that you can use to let your contacts know you care about them and their holiday celebrations:

Send holiday emails
Sending holiday cards to loved ones may be a dying art, yet it’s one of the best holiday marketing ideas for real estate agents. But who has time to buy paper cards, write them by hand, and send them? Instead, try using a holiday email template or better yet an e-greeting card layout.

You can kick off the holiday season right by sending out Thanksgiving cards, which don’t have to be segmented by culture or religion. This will provide an opportunity to express your gratitude for all the referrals and trust your current clients have given you. A few weeks later, you can schedule a second winter-themed email to wish them a joyous season of friendship and hope.

Host a home decorating contest
A fun way to get people in your community engaged in your real estate practice is to host a holiday home decorating contest on your social media page. You’ll want to use your Facebook Business Page for your brokerage instead of your personal page.

When announcing the contest, start with the prize incentive. You can partner with small businesses in the community to create a large gift basket, which can provide a joint advertising opportunity. Ask participants to submit five photos of their home decorations, and then encourage your Facebook fans to vote by a certain deadline.

Don’t forget to post pictures of you presenting the prize to the winner! You can even submit the event to the local newspaper for added coverage.

Create donation drop-offs
Food and toy donations are important ways to give back to your community during the holiday season. Charities are always looking for places willing to collect items, so why not volunteer to provide a donation/drop-off spot for a local charity?

Get a big box and wrap it in holiday paper with a festive bow, and place it on your front step. Don’t forget to have brochures or flyers outlining the details of the listing and any others you have that aren’t under contract yet. You can share the locations in an email to your contacts and through a social media campaign.

Add festive lights to listed homes
Unoccupied listings can look pretty gloomy during the holiday season, but it doesn’t take much to add a little cheer. Invest in lights and spend the afternoon putting up decorations both in and outside the home to stage it for an open house — or even just for the listing’s photos.

Since some home buyers may still feel uncomfortable about in-person viewings, you can create a “holiday lights tour” map of your listings and share it online. Another idea is to create high-resolution videos so people can take the tour using their mobile device any time they wish.

Make your website jolly
If you’re still using your brokerage’s website, it’s time to create one of your own. It’s surprisingly easy to build your own real estate website focused on your niche and geographic region. When you have control over your own site, you can easily update the cover banner on the homepage with one that’s perfect for the holiday season.

If you already have your own site, now is the time to make sure it’s mobile-optimized so your potential clients can view it on their smartphones while on the go this season.

Think about what makes your communities special during this time. Maybe it’s the snow-covered mountains that are perfect for skiing, or maybe you’re in a beachy town that’s warm during the winter. Have fun with photo ideas, like featuring a snowman made of sand or Santa on a snowboard. Let your site show (not just tell) people why they should buy right away.

Make charity gifts an incentive
Good news: Research on email marketing shows that less is more. For the best click-through rates, real estate professionals should have around 35 lines of text in their emails. For the holidays, use this space to provide an incentive for people to work with you.

Consider offering a percentage of your commission to a charity of your choice for all closings during the month of December. Your clients will feel good knowing that working with you will help the community they’re choosing to live in, and you’ll be able to use the donations as a tax write-off for this year.

Publish holiday-themed blogs
If you haven’t started sharing your expertise through a blog on your website, this holiday season is the time to start. Content marketing is a powerful tool that real estate agents can use to expand their reach to those who are looking for help buying or selling homes.

You can use your blog to offer tips ranging from guides on how to best prepare a home for sale to checklists for closings. And during the holidays, you can share useful information about local and seasonal events or simply provide an open forum for clients to ask questions.

Benefits Of Having A Multi-Language Website For Your Business https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2021/08/27/benefits-of-having-a-multi-language-website-for-your-business/ https://www.ubertor.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Bilingual.jpg https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2021/08/27/benefits-of-having-a-multi-language-website-for-your-business/#respond Fri, 27 Aug 2021 22:56:48 +0000 https://www.ubertor.com/blog/?p=14796 In the digital era we currently live in today, the effectiveness of your website in enticing potential customers is more important than ever. An increasingly larger proportion of customers are using your website as the first point of contact with your business, so getting this right is critical when it comes to not only securing a sale, but also building a longstanding relationship with your customers and developing a high degree of brand loyalty.

Of course, when we consider our websites, an attractive and user friendly design should be at the forefront of your priorities. However, this shouldn’t be your only concern, with personalization playing an increasingly important role in enhancing the customer experience.

And when we think of personalization we may think of tailored service suggestions, targeted advertising, and things such as these. However, one often overlooked but critical consideration to make when we consider personalization is – language. Having your website and its content available in a language accessible to visitors is crucial today – especially when we consider that 88% of customers likely won’t return to your site after a bad experience.

At the same rate globalization and cross-border online interaction is moving, so too should your website. A multi-language website has the potential to transform your business and will become increasingly important from a competitive perspective. In this article, we’re going to take a closer look at how exactly a multilingual website will benefit your business today.

What are the benefits of a multi-language website?

Reaching a larger audience
First and foremost, a multi-language website will help you expand your reach and make contact with a much wider audience. With only 25% of internet users being native english speakers, it’s high time to start catering for the other 75% and being sensitive to their needs.

By providing multiple language options you’ll be opening up your business proposition to new customer segments that were previously out of reach, this in turn will help you improve your sales and profits.

While the opportunity to reach customers in new countries is highly appealing, it’s important not to forget that many languages could be widely spoken in your country, for example, French is the second most spoken language in Canada. Therefore both on a domestic and international level, going multilingual is a smart choice.

Reducing Bounce and Improving Conversion Rates
According to recent studies, 72.1% of consumers spend most or all of their time on websites in their own language. Having a multilingual site means that foreign consumers who visit your site are less likely to exit immediately upon discovering that it’s not available in their native language.

The reduction in bounce rate you’ll experience as a result of going multilingual will have an inverse effect on your conversion rate – which will improve thanks to consumers feeling confident that they fully understand all the steps in the purchasing process.

Establishing a Competitive Advantage
As we move into economically precarious times, now more than ever businesses need to differentiate themselves to gain an advantage over their competitors.

With the fallout of the current pandemic likely to cause global recession and a widespread reduction in spending, businesses need to get creative to ensure they survive the rocky period ahead.

A multi-language website will do just that and help you to boost cross-border online interaction sales which could prove key as we move towards an increasing digital environment.

International Search Engine Optimization
For those who may be unfamiliar with SEO, the online success of a company is very much dependent on its ability to rank highly on search engine result pages (SERPs). The higher up on search engine pages your website pages rank, the more likely consumers will see them, this in turn has an impact on your eventual sales and profits.

Of course, many of you may be fully aware of SEO and are killing it on a domestic level. However, how do you rank highly on these search engine result pages when you’re trying to attract foreign customers, who browse in different languages?

The key is to not only translate your site’s content, but also to have it indexed on SERPs meaning that you’ve optimized it all for international SEO. This includes having 100% of your site translated – including metadata. It also entails having unique URLs with language specific subdomains or subdirectories. Once all this is done, your website will be structured in a way that is easily scannable for search engine bots giving you a higher ranking on the result pages! Sounds like a lot or work, right? Normally, this is the case, but with innovative multilingual solutions with Ubertor, this can be easily taken care of – in a seamless, hassle-free process.

Customer Centrism
If you can provide quality content in your website visitors’ own language they’ll naturally feel acknowledged and appreciative, especially if this isn’t the norm amongst your competitors. This sense of being welcomed and appreciation they show will then translate into increased commercial success.

Cost-Efficient Marketing
In the era we live in, quite often a company’s website is the focal point of it’s marketing strategy. What’s even more important to note is that your website is actually a really efficient way of marketing your offer, both in terms of cost and reach.

Content marketing on your website costs 62% less than other traditional types of marketing and generates approximately 3 times as many leads!

With this considered, having a multilingual website also makes a lot of sense when considering your international marketing strategy.

Improving brand image
Nowadays, businesses have to flex in whatever way they can to impress customers, and let’s face it – a multilingual site is kind of a flex.

A site available in many languages is proof that you’re running a global business, which implies a degree of complexity, sophistication and elaborateness – all of these things reflect highly in the eyes of the customer who’ll associate your business with quality and professionalism.

Translate your website and Grow
Nowadays, we’re operating in a global commercial landscape where cross border online interaction continues to change the way consumers spend and the way in which businesses respond to these shifts in behaviour.

Having a multilingual website, while daunting, is not the herculean task it once was and can be done seamlessly with the right solution. Take your business to the next level by translating and growing – you’re not likely to regret it.

Go global: Why not try out Ubertor’s Website Services and see how going multilingual can transform your website and business.

Why Do Agents Need To Build Real Estate Backlinks? https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2021/08/13/why-do-agents-need-to-build-real-estate-backlinks/ https://www.ubertor.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Backlinks.jpg https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2021/08/13/why-do-agents-need-to-build-real-estate-backlinks/#respond Fri, 13 Aug 2021 23:16:40 +0000 https://www.ubertor.com/blog/?p=14792 In today’s world, one of the battlefronts to build real estate backlinks online lies in overall web presence. Real estate professionals should always be thinking about SEO on their website. It’s pretty simple really, the easier it is to find you online the more leads come through the door, hopefully leading to more sales. One significant way you can do this is to use backlinks.

Backlinks are considered one of the building blocks of SEO and should always be considered in your strategy to build real estate backlinks. In order to build real estate backlinks, you must have high page rank links pointing towards your website from another website; they also are known as inbound links. The number of relevant links to your site is a strong indication of how popular or important your website is from a search engine perspective.

They impact SEO not only from a quantity perspective but a quality perspective as well. Google wants your site to have websites linked to yours that are relevant to your business. For example, in real estate, if a mortgage company links to your brokerage from their site, this would be considered a good backlink that Google will value. It’s clear that having incoming quality backlinks should be an essential part of a new content plan, here are some tips for real estate professionals who want to rank for backlinks.

Best Practices to Build Real Estate Backlinks
To get the most out of your backlinking and link building, follow these best practices:

–Partner with preferred vendors or companies your brokerage works with naturally. Many will create content that easily links to your brokerage if you write a piece that highlights their efforts and links to them. Agents—never underestimate the power of your customer. You work with a variety of talented people who would probably be more than happy to link to your website, whether that be socially or through content.

–Create original and informative content that people want to share with others. The links within your content will become immensely more desirable the more shareable your content is.

–Start with linking to powerful and influential websites within your content and social channels. If repurposing an article from an outside source on your blog, link to that source’s site within the content. Link only to websites that are relevant to the content within your article and your brokerage.

–Don’t go link happy. Again the point here is relevance. The end game is to increase backlinking, where articles from credible sources want you to link to them and for them to link to you.

–Be mindful of spam. If you get a request to include a link within your content, investigate. If you link to spam; your links are no longer credible in the eyes of your readers. In fact, Google, Bing, and other search engines take into account domain names that have high page rank, so linking to other sources to grow your link database isn’t doing you any good. One link from a local news station or national news publication is more valuable than a handful of non-relevant links.

Build Real Estate Backlinks the Right Way
You may have heard of buying links, but Google, Bing and other search engines discourage this type of link building, and you may get zero to no benefit. This is often referred to as “Black Hat SEO“, which is the art of focusing solely on the technical aspects of search engines and not the human audience. These tactics typically violate the search engine terms of services and ethics.

Black Hat Strategies:
– Duplicate content
– Invisible text and stuffed keywords
– Cloaking or re-directing the user to another site or page
– Links from sites with non-relevant content

On the other side of the coin, there is also a term called “White Hat SEO“, which is essentially the ethical manner to build backlinks. White hat refers to optimization strategies that are focused on the human element and usability that rewards the user. This method of link building follows the search engine guidelines and is encouraged.

White Hat Strategies:
– Relevant content
– Well-labeled images
– Relevant links and references
– Complete sentences with good spelling and grammar
– Standards-compliant HTML
– Unique and relevant page titles

Why Digital Marketing Is Important For Real Estate And How To Get Leads? https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2021/08/06/why-digital-marketing-is-important-for-real-estate-and-how-to-get-leads/ https://www.ubertor.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Digital-Marketing.jpg https://www.ubertor.com/blog/2021/08/06/why-digital-marketing-is-important-for-real-estate-and-how-to-get-leads/#respond Fri, 06 Aug 2021 22:03:33 +0000 https://www.ubertor.com/blog/?p=14787 The real estate market, by 2021, should increase by 2.3%. More residential and nonresidential buildings will be created. Better deals will get sealed.

Real estate agents will get busier. More rookie agents will join the industry. Competition among real estate agents will tighten. How then, as a real estate agent, would you stand out from your competitors? As with many industries, implementing a digital marketing strategy is the new normal.

To get ahead of your competitors, you need to start taking digital marketing seriously as it is crucial for building brand awareness for you as a real estate agent, widening exposure, and attracting more eyeballs to your business.

WHY IS DIGITAL MARKETING IMPORTANT FOR REAL ESTATE?
Today, many realtors and brokers undervalue the critical roles of digital marketing in the real estate business. Not only does digital marketing promote brand awareness, but it also helps keep brands unique among competitors.

Following are some reasons why digital marketing is necessary for your real estate business:

1. Many people look up search engines for information
Today (more than ever), everyone turns to a search engine for virtually every piece of information. No one wants to waste time asking for information from a friend or the next-door neighbor when, in a few minutes, a smartphone or computer can get the information.

You’d, therefore, want to establish a presence online to boost brand visibility. After all, this is the place where your leads hang around and you do not want to miss out on people finding you in their searches.

2. Effectiveness of video and mobile marketing
Mobile and video marketing has continued to prove its effectiveness. Several researches confirmed that mobile ad campaigns are more effective than other online norms. Many people browse their websites using smartphones, so it’s not surprising to see why.

Also, videos increase conversion. Video and mobile marketing is an investment. For example, landing pages with video tend to boost conversion by up to 80%, according to Hubspot. Watching a video that presents a product could facilitate the buying decision of a potential customer and convert the audience to leads.

On top of that, search engines rank video content. Google is always on the lookout for contents that engages the audience, and posting a video has been proven to increase engagement (not surprising, given that YouTube is the second most visited website after Google)

3. Online reviews are important
As with any business, establishing credibility is critical. Online reviews are one of the easiest ways to gain trust and credibility from customers. On your Google business page, for example, customers can write a review of their experience of your services.

A couple of positive reviews on your page can establish trust from prospective customers when deciding to try your service for the first time. This trust is a significant factor in the real estate niche where you’re trying to entice your customers into parting with their money to make big investments in property.

4. Ease of performance tracking
Physical banner printing might look like the real deal, but the question is, how well do they convert? How are you able to track your performance? No way. You cannot monitor the number of people who viewed them per day or measure your success rate.

With digital marketing strategies like pay per click (PPC), you can track your performance and see how well (or poorly) your ads are faring. That way, you’ll know where your traffic is coming from, what strategy to implement, what works for your campaign, and what doesn’t.

5. Easier to reach the target audience
Not everyone in your locality will see or pay attention to your poster or banner put up around town. It becomes more challenging if you’re trying to reach people beyond your locality. That’s where digital marketing comes in handy.

Digital marketing allows you to target and reach an audience beyond your locality — all in just a few clicks.

Paid ads in digital marketing help you target those who are looking for landed properties and not just the uninterested general market. In a nutshell, your advertising can always reach the right audience with digital marketing.

6. Freedom to go paperless
Going digital lets you save on the cost of printing. By going paperless, you’re also saving the environment. Plus, the cost that could have gone to paper printing can be used for other strategies such as Facebook or Instagram ads.

7. Multiple opportunities to get creative
Online marketing gives you the freedom for creativity. You are allowed to think right out of the box, explore different demographics, test different campaigns and lots more. For example, you can use Instagram’s “Ask me about anything’s” function to get feedback from customers about whatever they need from you.

8. Everyone else is going digital
Almost all realtors are implementing or planning to implement one or multiple campaigns.

Every realtor, including the newbies, is into digital marketing. So what are you waiting for? The digital marketing industry keeps growing every day and you should make haste to establish an online presence as soon as possible or be left behind.

STRATEGIES THAT REALTORS CAN USE TO MAXIMIZE LEADS
Undoubtedly, the real estate market is saturated. How can you stand out from the crowd? Here are proven strategies that realtors can use to get more leads.

a. Develop a user-friendly website
According to statistics, over 40% of real estate website visitors come from the mobile source. So if your website is not properly optimized for mobile use, you might be leaving a lot of money on the table.

A mobile-friendly website should include the following features:
– Pictures fitted to mobile screen size
– Faster loading speed.

Implement a live chat feature. People are always on the lookout to ask questions. Be sure to be available whenever you’re needed.

If you need help in building a real estate website, Ubertor can help you. The brand’s more than 2 decades of experience will empower your business to easily embrace digital transformation, reach new customers, generate more qualified leads, and close more sales. b. Create email campaigns
Emails are one of the most converting digital marketing strategies in the real estate world. They allow you to connect, engage, and compel with your new leads while keeping existing customers interested in your service.

According to a recent report, 86% of consumers would prefer to receive emails.

Always make sure that the content you create is relevant to what the audience is looking for.

c. Pay per click advertising
Pay per click advertising, also called PPC, is a digital marketing strategy popularly integrated by real estate professional business owners. It is used to directly target potential leads.

The main benefit of a PPC advert is that you’re not going to get charged until someone clicks on your ads. According to research, marketers average over 2.47% conversion rate with Adword.

PPC algorithm targets those who have searched for terms related to the service you’re offering from Google or similar search engines.

d. Content marketing (add relevantly and SEO optimized content)
Content marketing is the hallmark of a responsive real estate website. A mobile-optimized, highly responsive website with no valuable content is a total waste.

Content marketing is a critical part of SEO and the best way to have your website indexed. Website content helps you build credibility, reputation, and connect with the audience.

Write articles, guides, and reviews that’ll help them make informed home-buying decisions. In a nutshell, your website content must solve a problem and answer a question.

e. Virtual tour hosting
Most successful digital marketing experts in the real estate industry implement the virtual tour hosting strategy. Not only does this strategy generate faster revenue for marketers, it also helps customers streamline the home buying process.

Purchasing a home is a difficult process, and that’s why customers need you as a marketer to help ease the whole process. To create a successful virtual tour, here are some pointers to keep in mind:

– Avoid digital illusions; use actual footage of the home
– Make sure your video is responsive and engaging, both on desktop and mobile.
– Create a 3D and user-friendly tour.
– Develop a social media marketing strategy

When we talk about social media marketing strategy, we’re not talking about the occasional posting on Facebook. We’re talking about a full-fledged social media marketing process which is what gives you results. Here are a few processes to follow:

– Make new or existing lists
– Create touching stories
– Write relevant blog posts
– Create team bios

The goal is to share varied content and listings relevant to what your customers are looking for.

f. Invest in SEO
Implementing a powerful SEO strategy will scale your website to the top of the search engine result. Unfortunately, search engine algorithms keep changing day by day. That’s why you should always stay updated on changing algorithms.

It’s important to spend more time on SEO than ever. Keywords are an integral part of SEO. They are what users use to search for information online. Always do keyword research and have them added to your articles and blog posts. Other SEO elements to consider includes:

– Backlinks
– Social media pages
– Online directories
– Title and meta descriptions, readability, snippets, etc.
– Update your blogs regularly.

SUMMARY
While almost every real estate agent and broker implements one or more digital marketing campaigns as a part of their business, it all comes down to how well the strategies are utilized.

Focus on creating digital content that aims to solve the problems of the homebuyer and answer their questions. Leverage multiple online strategies to improve your chances of getting found by potential customers.

Ultimately, it’s not only about how many people you reach but the quality of the conversion.
